Non woven fabric, also known as non-woven fabric. Refers to a layer of fibers formed by a certain direction or random arrangement, or interwoven with yarn through mechanical hooks without the need for traditional spinning, weaving or knitting processes, such as interweaving, stitching, or chemical or thermal bonding. Compared with other clothing materials, non-woven fabrics have the advantages of short production process, high yield, low cost, wide fiber application, excellent product performance, wide use, and other advantages. Non woven fabrics have developed rapidly and have become an emerging industry, increasingly applied in various fields of the clothing industry.
According to the composition and forming method of the fiber mesh, the structure of non-woven fabrics can be divided into the following categories:
1. Non woven fabric, fiber mesh structure
(1) The fiber bonding method involves laying short fibers into a laminated fiber mesh, and bonding the fibers together into a cloth through the overlapping or crossing of the fiber mesh itself and horizontally. Including adhesive bonding and hot melt bonding.
A. Adhesive bonding refers to the use of synthetic resin or synthetic fiber adhesive to fix the fiber layer, solidify the fiber network, and adhere it to a non woven fabric that cannot be separated. According to the type and processing method of adhesives, they can be divided into point bonding, film bonding, block bonding, and local bonding structures. This type of nonwoven fabric has good breathability, but feels very hard and is often used for wall coverings and disposable products.
B. Hot melt bonding refers to the pre addition of hot melt fibers to the fiber network. When the overlapping fiber network is connected to the overheated rolling machine, the hot melt fibers in the rolling point or rolling particle action area melt, producing a strengthening effect, thus bonding other fibers. This non-woven fabric is suitable for making fillers, bedding, and filter fabrics for winter clothing. It has good filtration performance, elasticity, and fluffiness, as well as good breathability and moisture absorption. Car fabric and tufted carpet base fabric.
(2) Bonded non-woven fabric with intertwined fibers refers to the process of overlapping appropriate fiber webs through certain methods (such as needle punching, sewing, etc.) to make fibers interweave well and produce a woven non-woven fabric similar to felt knots. According to the action mode, it can be divided into acupuncture method, spraying method, spunbond method, and weaving method.
A. Needle punched non-woven fabric is composed of thousands of hook needles with special structures, which move up and down repeatedly through a fiber network, making the entire fiber network into a dense felt like non-woven fabric, intertwined and intertwined with each other. This product has a wide range of uses and can be widely used in geotextiles, bed blankets, filter materials, needle felt, and artificial leather fabrics.
B. Non woven fabrics using jet mesh method, also known as non-woven fabrics, use needle free method. It utilizes a lot of extremely strong current to shoot into the fiber mesh and solidify it into a cloth. It has higher strength, a plump feel, and good permeability, suitable for clothing lining, shoulder pads, etc
C. Spin bonding method: When the synthetic fiber solution of non-woven fabric is pressed out from the spinning head to produce long fibers, the generated static electricity and high-pressure airflow are used to make the fibers randomly and disorderly fall on the metal curtain, and then the non-woven fabric is made by heat setting through heating rollers. Spunbonded non-woven fabrics have breathability and water permeability, and are widely used as insulation materials in agriculture and animal husbandry.
D. Stitched non-woven fabric refers to a compact structure of multiple needle threads on a randomly arranged fiber network through a multi needle sewing machine. The appearance and performance of this fabric are similar to traditional clothing materials, and it is widely used in clothing fabrics and artificial fur fabrics, cotton plush, etc.
2. Yarn lining sewn structure non-woven fabric
(1) Yarn layer - Non woven fabric with linear stitched yarns and woven yarn with warp and weft yarns, knitted with a flat warp structure to enhance the yarn layer. The fabric is both organic and knitted, with good dimensional stability and high strength, making it suitable for outerwear fabrics.
(2) Yarn layer - loop stitch woven non-woven fabric, with weft yarns overlapping to form a network, reinforced by a woven chain structure formed by the stitched
